Nobody said her name.
Corey got up off the floor and stood at the window with his back to us.
Crew sat on the edge of the bed beside me and didn't touch me.
"Not the newsroom," he said quietly. "Not the study room."
"I know."
"You want me to say it?"
"No."
My phone buzzed in my hand.
Jordyn.
"OMG babe the account knows where you are?? Who did you tell???"
I looked at it for a long time.
Then I typed.
"Only you and the boys."
The dots came up.
Went away.
Came up again.
"Then it's one of THEM. I'm so sorry. I always said the quiet one was creepy."
Crew read it over my shoulder.
"Fair," he said.
I laughed.
It came out breaking.
Then I put my face in his shirt and cried, and he let me, and Corey stood at the window and didn't turn around until I was done.
I didn't tell her I knew.
