Chapter 15: Against the Door

We did not make it up the stairs to his door without touching.

He kissed me in the stairwell with my back against the cold brick, and the rain from his shirt soaked into mine.

"I was an idiot," he said into my mouth.

"You were."

"Tell me what to do about it."

"Get the door open."

His hands shook on the key, and that was the first time I had ever seen them do it.

Inside, he kicked the door shut and I had him against it before the lock caught.

I pulled his wet shirt open and the buttons skittered across the floor.

"Joanna."

"Shut up."

I dragged my mouth down his chest, over his stomach, and dropped to my knees on the boards.

He looked down at me, and his head hit the door behind him.

I got his belt open and his jeans down, and his cock came out heavy and hard, already wet at the tip.

"Fuck," he said. "Jo."

I took him in my mouth.

He tasted like salt and rain, and I sucked him slowly down until the head touched the back of my throat.

His hand went into my hair and did not pull, only held on.

I worked my tongue along the underside and he made a rough sound I had never heard from him.

"Joanna, you're killing me."

I pulled off him with a wet sound and looked up.

"Good. Be quiet and let me."

I took him deep again, and again, and my hand stroked what my mouth couldn't reach.

His thighs went hard under my palms.

"Stop," he said, shaking. "Stop, or I'm coming in your mouth, and I want to be inside you."

I let him go and stood up.

He caught me by the waist, spun me around, and pinned my wrists to the door above my head.

His mouth was at my ear.
