Chapter 24: Morning

"The first one," he said, as the dress hit the floor, "is that I never stopped counting."

"That's not a list item. That's a confession."

"It's the first one."

He knelt in front of me on the mattress and put his mouth against my stomach, and my knees nearly went.

"Elliot."

"Thirty days," he said into my skin. "I wasn't allowed to touch you for thirty days."

"You're allowed now."

"Then let me."

He kissed his way down, slowly, and hooked his fingers in my underwear and drew it off.

I sat down on the mattress with my back against the wall, and he settled between my thighs.

His breath hit me first, hot and unsteady.

"Look at me," I said.

He looked up, dark-eyed and wrecked, and slid his tongue through me in one long stroke.

I cried out.

My head hit the wall, and my hand went into his hair, and he made a low noise of pure hunger against my pussy.

He licked me slowly, then hard, circling my clit, then sucking it until my hips came off the mattress.

"Don't stop," I said. "Please don't stop."

"I'm not going anywhere."

He pushed two fingers inside me, curled them, and found the place that made me shake.

The pleasure built until it was almost cruel.

I came on his mouth with a long, ragged cry, shuddering against his hand, his name coming out of me.

He held me through every wave, and kissed my thigh, and rested his cheek there.

"Come here," I said.

I pulled him up the length of my body and kissed him, tasting myself on him.

I pushed his jeans down, and he sprang free into my hand, thick and heavy and hot.
