Chapter 12: Against the Screen
The carved screen in the Dowager's bedchamber was lacquered black and inlaid with gold cranes, and Murong Yue's bare breasts were pressed flat against it.
Her palms were spread on the cool wood above her head.
Her feet were planted wide on the carpet.
Behind her, Qinglan stood close with one hand twisted in the long black hair and the other between her legs.
"Don't move," she said into the Dowager's ear.
"I am not moving."
"You're pushing back."
"That is not moving. That is wanting."
Qinglan laughed, low, and bit her shoulder.
She had two fingers in the Dowager's cunt up to the second knuckle, slow, curling, and the Dowager's thighs were quaking.
The wet sounds were loud in the quiet room.
Every time she pulled out, a thread of slickness clung between her fingers and the soft folds.
Every time she pushed in, the Dowager gave a little jerk against the screen.
"Hands up higher."
The hands slid up the black lacquer.
The cranes gleamed under her fingertips.
"Good. Now tell me what you want, and don't blush."
"I am not blushing."
"You're red from the ears to the waist."
"I want," the Dowager began, and broke, and tried again. "I want more."
"More what?"
"More of you. More inside. Everything."
Qinglan slowed her fingers, and the Dowager moaned and ground back.
"Everything's a lot of things," Qinglan said. "Be specific."
"A third finger."
"Good."
She added it, and the stretch drew a ragged sound from the Dowager's chest.
She pumped the three fingers deep, and the heel of her hand slapped against the wet curls with every stroke.
"Like that?"
"Yes. Harder. Please."
She thrust harder.
The Dowager's body was moving against the screen with each stroke, her breasts rubbing the wood.
The lamps threw her shadow tall and trembling on the wall.
Qinglan pressed her mouth to the nape of her neck.
She let go of the hair.
