"Until May fourteenth," I said.
On the podcast, Bryce was already explaining.
"Before anybody emails me, yes, the paperwork on my last marriage finalizes in May. So April 25 is our ceremony. The license is a formality. A ten doesn't wait on a formality."
Ronnie turned the phone off.
"I'm going to need a minute," she said. "And then a drink. And then a lawyer for after the drink."
