Chapter 19: The Circle

At eleven, Rhys was waiting on the logging road above the hall with the engine off.

I got in the passenger side, and before the door shut he had his hand in my hair.

"You were gone five hours," he said.

"You said six."

"I lied."

He kissed me, and I climbed over the gear shift into his lap.

The seat slid back under us with a thump.

"Midnight," I said against his mouth. "If I die tonight, I want you to remember this."

"You're not dying."

"Then remember it anyway."

He tore my shirt open, and I didn't care.

His hands closed over my breasts, and he sucked one nipple into his mouth, hard enough to make me arch.

I got his belt open and his cock out, thick and hot in my hand.

"Fuck," he said. "You're soaked."

I had my jeans down around one knee and nothing under them.

"I planned ahead."

He laughed, a dark broken sound, and lifted me.

I sank down on his cock in one slow slide, and we both groaned.

"Look at me," he said.

"I'm looking."

"Don't stop."

I rode him, bracing against the roof with one hand, and the whole car rocked.

He gripped my ass and thrust up to meet me, each stroke hitting so deep I could feel it in my teeth.

"Faster," I said.

"Say it again."

"Fuck me faster, Rhys."
