Chapter 31: The Bond

"Say it again," I said, in the empty hall.

"I'd like to take your mark."

"You said you'd never ask for one."

"I never asked for anything," Elias said. "I'm asking now."

I looked at him for a long moment.

I looked at the scar through his eyebrow and the grey-blue eyes that had never once looked away from my mouth.

"Not here," I said.

He sucked in a breath.

I knelt on the boards in front of him and opened his jeans.

His cock was already hard.

I took it in my hand and licked the length of it, base to tip, and he swore and put his palm on the back of my head.

I took him into my mouth and sucked him slowly, the way I knew he liked it, with my tongue working under the head.

"Bryn," he said, rough. "Fuck. Bryn."

I took him deeper, till he hit the back of my throat, and hummed.
