Chapter 18: The Dress

"Ignore it," I said.

Cade dropped the phone on the gravel.

His hand went back under my dress, and my knees fell open on the cold leather seat.

He pushed my underwear aside and slid two fingers into me, deep, and I cried out at the dark water.

"Look at me," he said.

I did.

His face was an inch from mine, and his eyes were dark and wide.

He curled his fingers and found the place that made my back arch, and he pressed it, slowly, again and again, while his thumb circled my clit.

"Cade."

"I've got you."

"Don't stop."

"I won't stop," he said, low. "I'll do this till you can't stand. Tell me when."

I got my hands into his hair and held on.

The heat built in my belly, tight and bright, and I rocked against his palm, and he watched my face the whole time.

I came with his name in my mouth and my boot heel digging into his thigh.

He held me through all of it, and kissed my temple, and said into my hair, "That's my girl."

I was still shaking when I reached for his belt.

"My turn," I said.

"You don't have to."

"I want to. Hold the bike."

He laughed, a startled sound, and put both hands on the handlebars.

I slid off the seat and knelt on the gravel and opened his jeans.
