Chapter 17: Between Clients
I had my forearms flat on my desk, and my calendar was open under my elbow.
It was half past seven on Saturday morning, and the first couple of the day was booked for eight o'clock.
"Say it again," I told Hana.
"Eight o'clock," she said, from under the desk.
She was lying on her back on my carpet, in the kneehole, between my ankles.
Her short black hair was a smudge in the shadow, and her hands were clamped on my thighs.
I had my skirt pushed up around my waist and my underwear in the wastebasket.
"Read it to me," I said. "The name."
"Wife is a teacher, husband is a roofer, married eleven years," Hana said, and put her mouth on my clit.
I gasped.
The pen rolled off the desk and clicked on the floor.
She licked me in slow, wet circles, and she hummed, and I felt it in my knees.
"Don't stop," I said. "Don't you dare stop."
Behind me Dane made a low noise.
He stood naked at my back with his hands on the desk edge on either side of mine.
He had been told to wait, and he was waiting.
I could feel the heat of his chest a hand's width from my spine.
