Chapter 8: Vestment Press

Fintan's mouth came down on his before the sentence finished.

It was not careful.

It was a hard, hungry kiss with teeth in it.

Kaz kissed back just as hard, pinned flat to the oak, the carved doors cold against his shoulder blades.

"Say it again," Fintan said against his lips.

"You were watching my ass."

"Every rung."

"Pervert."

"You started it."

"I'll finish it."

He got a leg around Fintan's thigh and rocked up, and the big man groaned into his mouth.

The hand around his wrists let go.

Kaz used both hands at once.

He shoved the work jacket off those shoulders and dragged the shirt up, his thumbs finding bare skin over hard muscle.

"Lock's on," Fintan muttered, working at the zipper of Kaz's hoodie. "Nobody's coming. Father's in the rectory with the widows, eating pierogi."

"You checked."

"I check everything."

"Then take your pants off."

Fintan laughed against his throat, low and shaken.

"Bossy."

"You like it."

"God help me, I do."

He opened Kaz's jeans with one rough pull.

The oak was cold at Kaz's back and the big body in front of him was a furnace.

Then Fintan's hands were on his hips, spinning him round, so his chest and cheek met the wood.

"Hands on the press," Fintan said.

Kaz put them there, flat, either side of his face.

Behind him, a zipper rasped.

Kaz shivered, hard, all down his spine.

A hot, heavy weight settled against the small of his back.

Fintan's chest came down along his shoulders, and a mouth found his neck and bit.

"Fintan," he gasped.

"Shh."

"Don't shh me."

"Then keep your hands where I put them."

A huge palm slid between his legs, shoving his jeans down to the knees, and pressed his thighs together.
