Chapter 17: The Wheelhouse
The chart of the Gulf of Alaska was cold under my bare thighs.
I sat on the edge of the chart table in the wheelhouse of the Sea Lark with my knees wide.
Henrik stood between them with his shirt open.
Red night lamps burned low over the instruments.
Across the black water of the bay, the lights along the Locks lay in a long gold line.
The windows were fogged with our breath.
"I have thought about this table all week," he said against my neck.
"You've never had a woman on it?"
"I have never had a woman on this boat," he said.
I pulled him in by the open shirt and kissed him, slow and wet.
His hands went up my ribs and closed over my breasts.
He thumbed my nipples hard, and I arched into his palms, and the chart crackled under me.
He bent his head and took one in his mouth.
He sucked until I gasped, and he bit down gently, and I held his head against me with both hands.
"Take it off," I said.
He shrugged out of the shirt, and I got my hands on his belt.
I opened his jeans and pushed them down his hips.
His cock sprang out heavy and thick against my thigh.
I wrapped my hand around it.
It was hot and hard and smooth.
I slid my fist up and down while he dropped his forehead to my shoulder and swore into my skin.
"Wait," he said. "If you keep that up..."
"Then keep still and let me."
I rubbed the head through my wet folds, up over my clit and down again.
I watched his stomach clench in the red light.
I did it again, and my hips jerked on the table.
"Astrid, please."
"Say what you want," I said.
"In you. Now. I want to feel you take me."
"Then take me."
He gripped my thighs and set the head against my pussy.
He pushed in.
