Chapter 8: The Cord
I pulled the second knot tight with my teeth.
Axel lay on his back across the bed with his arms stretched over his head.
A leather bootlace ran from each wrist to the pine headboard his grandfather had built in 1971.
It was not much of a restraint.
He could have broken it with a flick of his hand, and we both knew it.
That was the point.
"Tell me if it's too tight," I said.
"It's fine."
"Pull."
He pulled.
The laces drew taut and the headboard creaked, and he held there, with his big arms strained and his jaw set.
Then he let go, and a long breath shook out of him.
"I haven't done this before," he said.
"Let anybody tie you?"
"Let anybody do anything."
I knelt over his hips and took his face between my hands.
"Then you don't have to do anything," I said. "I want you to lie there and take it."
His eyes closed.
The muscle at the corner of his jaw jumped.
"All right," he said.
I sat back on his thighs.
He was hard already, thick and dark and curved up against his belly.
I looked at him for a long time.
I had a plan.
I wrapped my hand around him and stroked once, from the base to the tip, with a tight twist at the top.
He hissed.
"Quiet," I said.
I stroked again, slowly, watching his face.
His abdomen was clenched in ridges.
Each time my thumb passed over the head of his cock, his hips pushed up off the bed.
"Stay down."
"Talya," he said.
"Stay down, or I stop."
He dropped back.
I leaned over and took him into my mouth.
I took the head, and I worked my tongue over it in a slow circle, and he gasped and arched.
His wrists jerked against the laces.
