Chapter 11: Spoons
He woke her at three with his mouth on her shoulder.
It was dark, and the fire had burned down to a red glow, and the whole bed was warm.
His chest was a long hot line against her back, and his arm was curled around her waist.
His cock was hard against the cleft of her ass.
"Lysander," she mumbled.
"Go back to sleep."
"You're poking me."
"I am aware." His breath stirred the hair at her nape. "I have been awake an hour, trying to be good."
She smiled into the pillow.
She wriggled back against him, slowly, and he drew in a sharp breath.
"You are not being good either," he said.
"I'm asleep. I'm not responsible."
"Then I shall take advantage of you."
"Go on."
His hand slid down her belly.
She lay curled on her side with her knees drawn up.
His fingers stroked through the soft hair between her legs, lazy and warm.
He found her wet.
"You were dreaming of me," he whispered.
"I was dreaming of your tongue."
He made a low, helpless sound against her neck.
"Tomorrow," he said. "Tonight I want to feel you."
"Then do it. Slowly."
He lifted her top leg and hooked her knee back over his thigh.
It opened her, and the cool air touched her wet flesh, and she shivered.
He guided his cock between her thighs with one hand, rubbed the head slowly through her folds, and found her entrance.
"Slow," she said.
"Yes, nurse."
He pushed in an inch at a time.
It was the deepest and the gentlest he had ever been.
The long hard length of him slid into her in one smooth press until his hips fitted against her ass.
She sighed out a whole breath.
"Oh," she said, half asleep and wholly awake. "Oh, that's so good."
