Chapter 6: All Night

Jude carried him back to bed.

Neil said he could walk, and Jude said he knew, and carried him anyway.

The lamp was off and the shutters were open a crack.

Moonlight lay in a stripe across the quilt.

Jude set him down in it and stood over him, breathing hard.

"Nothing happens in private," Jude said. "That's the rule, isn't it?"

"Shut up."

"It was your rule."

"Take your pants off, Halvorsen."

Jude smiled, a real one, the first Neil had seen in years.

He shoved the sleep pants down and stepped out of them.

He was hard and flushed, thick and heavy against his thigh, and Neil's mouth went dry.

Jude pulled Neil's shirt over his head and tossed it.

He took in every inch of him, the long pale chest and the small curve of the belly, and went still.

"What?" Neil said.

"Nothing."

"Don't look at me like that."

"I'll look at you however I want," Jude said, hoarse. "You're beautiful."

He bent and kissed him again, long and deep.

His mouth went down Neil's jaw, to his throat, to his collarbone.

He licked a slow stripe across one nipple and Neil bucked up under him.

"Fuck."

"That's the idea."

Jude's mouth moved lower, past the soft swell of the belly.

He pressed a kiss there, a gentle one, and then dragged Neil's shorts down his hips and took his cock into his mouth.

Neil cried out.

The heat was wet and tight and perfect.

Jude took him deep, down to the root, and hummed around him, and Neil's hands flew into his hair.

"Jude. Jude, fuck."

Jude sucked harder, one hand under him, squeezing his ass.

His tongue worked the underside of Neil's cock in long slow licks, and every muscle in Neil's legs began to shake.

"Don't stop," he gasped. "Don't you dare stop."

Jude pulled off with a wet sound.
